Toasted bread fondue @ coffeeshop

This is a typical breakfast/coffeebreak treat for us Singaporeans served in those heritage coffee shops. I always enjoy going there as it gives me a nostalgic moment of Singapore in the early 60s. French loaves fried with scrambled eggs, minced meat and onions.
Topped with mayonaisse, chilli sauce and a tinge of cheese dip sauce.
With such a perfect sinful combination, it’s a must try supper snack in the east side of Singapore at one of the fav local hang out places!
