I have a lot of friends and colleagues around the world who are keen to know how life in Singapore is. Every time i visit them they’re interested to know about our lifestyle, what we do during our free time, how we travel around and the major events that happen in town. I felt that it would be fantastic if i could compile my photos somewhere for all of them to see. I could constantly update them on the photos I’ve been taking and I’m sure they would learn a thing or two. It took me a few years of thinking and waiting before I finally seriously decided to whip this up.

I’m taking this opportunity to thank my friends and visitors from all over the world (all 102 of you) for visiting my humble photoblog. The truth is, I just launched it on Saturday. I didn’t expect to receive such a good response in 2 short days and it’s pretty cool considering much effort is still needed to improve the way it works and looks. There have been a lot of encouraging feedback that i’ve received and I appreciate it a lot. I am convinced, a lot more can be done.

I am working on loading in some AJAX goodies and web services that will rock your socks. (If there’s anybody out there who doesn’t wear socks, do mention some alternatives. I’m out to please.) Of course all this without compromising the user experience and the daily user interaction. This could take a while so please wait patiently while I toil through nights of nasty code only to give you the wickedest.
